Cancellations: registrations may be changed, or cancelled if necessary, up until October 5, 2026 (after which we confirm our numbers with the venue).

The conference hotel room rate is held until September 21, 2026, subject to availability.

All events will be held at the Banff Park Lodge in Banff, Alberta, Canada. Registrants will have a choice of three pre-symposium workshops which will be offered Thursday, October 22, 2026. Lunch for registrants is included in the cost of registration.

Symposium registration includes conference materials, plenary and concurrent sessions, opening night reception (October 22) and keynote banquet, and both breakfast and lunch on Friday and Saturday. Dinner is on your own, Friday, October 23, 2026.

The Mokakiiks Centre for Scholarship of Teaching and Learning has secured a conference rate at the Banff Park Lodge in the amount of $175 plus applicable taxes. The Symposium opening night reception, banquet, and keynote are included in your registration costs. If you would like to bring a guest who is not attending the Symposium to the opening night events, additional banquet tickets will be available as an add-on with your registration.
